Here Comes a New Challenger!!!!

With a down finger I write reluctantly. I cut my right index finger as I entered a sponge into a glass too small for the force exerted by my hand and the pressure of the sponge in the glass. Just like that the glass explodes on the sides breaking it into two pieces, while my hand was in motion (the motion of washing a glass; a motion slightly unfamiliar) I was gashed.

Two weeks prior while venturing to the local store, a sheet of black ice took me by surprise and landed me in the ER for 5 hours and 5 stitches above my left eye. More damage was done to my hands when I tried to brace for the sudden impact after I slipped, (i.e when I fell from the fence) and cut my palms up. My hands unable to support me on the slick ice vanished before me and my head was left to take the fall.

My parents were away on vacation for two weeks, and will return this afternoon. I became wary of Economics, and retreated here. I realized I was a lot more focused with my technological work, my academics, my arts, my games, and my friends while I composed the details of our various outings. But I digress, while my parents were away Qing stayed with me for the weeks. Her help was incredibly valuable (esp with my pending injuries). To like alone: Travel, Food, Health, Hygiene, Work, and Academics became my surrounding responsibilities. I also had three cats to look after, which worries me about how so many single working parents do all that they must to complete a "days work".

I am still looking for some occupational experience, I am only taking one class this semester and that should allow me to work and complete the evening cousework at Harvard effectivly. I completed Japanese 3 and Finance last semester and was pleased with my performance and am now seeking out degree candidatcy. If this program comes to fruitation I can be assured a better ending then that of which I began almost three years ago at Suffolk. A significant amount of time has transpired and thus, like Barak said, change has come.

I also linked up with Jordan and some of his friends at his appartment in Fenway. I was surprised at the positive changes he made in his life, but like many of us he is still struggling. I had not seen/heard of him in almost 2 years, and he still made effort to contact me. Played Left4Dead at his place, its a pretty wild Zombie shooter party game. Hope to borrow and try it out with some of my boys, nothing like fighting your way out of infested sites with your bros.
